No. At BonAuto, transparency is our priority. All fees are clearly explained before you sign the contract. You will know exactly what you are paying, the interest rate and the total cost of credit.

Quebec's Consumer Protection Act provides a warranty of good working order whose length depends on the vehicle's age and mileage. For contracts signed since April 5, 2024: • Category A, 4 years old and 80,000 km or less: 6 months or 10,000 km • Category B, 5 years old and 100,000 km or less: 3 months or 5,000 km • Category C, 7 years old and 120,000 km or less: 1 month or 1,700 km • Category D, more than 7 years old or more than 120,000 km: no warranty of good working order provided by law It covers the parts and labour needed for the vehicle to work properly, starting from delivery. This warranty cannot be reduced or waived, even in exchange for a lower price. Ask us which category applies to the vehicle you are interested in.

Yes. Every vehicle in our inventory is inspected before it is put up for sale. If you would like your own mechanic to check a vehicle before you buy, just let us know.

Yes. On each vehicle's page, the "Book a test drive" button lets you send a request with your availability. We then contact you to confirm the appointment. You can also reach us directly at 438 533-3090.

At a dealership, you pay the 5% GST and the 9.975% QST, for a total of 14.975% of the taxable amount. If you trade in a vehicle, its value is deducted from the taxable amount: you pay taxes on the difference, not on the full price. Between private individuals, there is no GST. Only the QST applies, collected by the SAAQ at registration, calculated on the higher of the price paid and the vehicle's estimated value in the valuation guide.
